Written for Rob Frear’s trumpet ensemble at California State University Long Beach. The piece starts as 6 individual voices, eventually blending into 3 movements Fanfare, Canon & Presto….3 views of the trumpet. A triangle of trumpeting….all within the range and technical facility of a good high school or college level ensemble.
